Maple Whipped Cream

I don’t know about you but I get bored with regular flavored whipped cream.  This recipe will go nicely with pecan pie!

yield 2 cups

• 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1. Combine ingredients in mixing bowl.
2. Whip until very soft peaks form.
